পরিবর্তন কার্যকর হবে সাইটে প্রকাশের পর এবং এ বিষয়ে আলাদা কোনো বিজ্ঞপ্তি প্রদান করা হবে না।

আমাদের সাইটে প্রদর্শিত সমস্ত পণ্য সরাসরি ফার্মার্স গ্রুপ বাংলাদেশ সরবরাহ ও বিক্রয় করে।
All products displayed on our site are supplied and sold directly by Farmers Group Bangladesh.
এখানে তৃতীয় পক্ষের বিক্রেতা বা মাল্টি-ভেন্ডর সেবা প্রযোজ্য নয়।
Third-party vendors or multi-vendor services are not applicable here.

২. পণ্যের তথ্য প্রদান:
Product Information:
প্রতিটি পণ্যের সঠিক বিবরণ যেমন নাম, ধরন, উপাদান, পরিমাণ, রং, গুণমান, ওজন ইত্যাদি স্পষ্টভাবে উল্লেখ থাকবে।
Accurate descriptions, including name, type, ingredients, quantity, color, quality, weight, etc., will be clearly mentioned for each product.
বাস্তবসম্মত হলে পণ্যের ছবি ও ভিডিও প্রদান করা হবে।
Realistic product images and videos will be provided where applicable.

৩. মূল্য ও স্টক:
Pricing & Stock:
প্রতিটি পণ্যের মূল্য অগ্রিম নির্ধারিত এবং ক্রয়ের সময় প্রদর্শিত দামের সাথে সামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ।
The price of each product is pre-determined and consistent with the price displayed at the time of purchase.
পণ্যের স্টক তথ্য সর্বদা আপডেট রাখা হয়।
Stock information will always be updated.

৪. ডেলিভারি প্রক্রিয়া:
Delivery Process:
অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর সর্বোচ্চ ৪৮ ঘন্টার মধ্যে ডেলিভারির প্রক্রিয়াকরণ শুরু হবে।
Once an order is confirmed, processing will begin within 48 hours.
ক্রেতা সঠিক বিল প্রদান করবেন।
Customers will receive an accurate bill for the delivery process.

৫. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতিমালা:
Return & Refund Policy:
পণ্য গ্রহণের পর ৭ দিনের মধ্যে ক্রেতা রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ডের জন্য আবেদন করতে পারবেন।
Customers can apply for a return or refund within 7 days of receiving the product if there are any issues.
শুধুমাত্র ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ভুল বা মানের সাথে সামঞ্জস্যহীন পণ্য রিটার্ন করা যাবে।
Only damaged, incorrect, or low-quality products will be eligible for returns.

৬. পণ্যের মান:

আমরা কেবল আসল ও মানসম্পন্ন পণ্য সরবরাহ করি।
We only provide authentic and high-quality products.
প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে পণ্যের সাথে গ্যারান্টি বা ওয়ারেন্টি সনদ প্রদান করা হবে।
Applicable products will come with warranty or guarantee certificates.
